🐶 Erle: I wanted to give you something special for Christmas, so I wrapped up Ylva for you. 🎁 / This is our Christmas card this year. 🎄 I think this photo describes them so well. Ylva is the calm one, she's ok with everything. Erle is the fun one, always up to something and always trying her best to get my attention. 😂❤ / 📷 @lucathesheltie / #godjul

🍴🍵🍗// Oh you fragrant Christmas time - whether at the roast goose or in the Christmas punch, rosemary should not be missing. Day 10

Good morning dear friends! Today, we will try a technique that is used a lot in " at Khola Beach, Goa - 1931040663027856358

Day 10 ✨✨✨ Good morning dear friends! Today, we will try a technique that is used a lot in the Zen tradition. Similar to yesterday’s method but today we will also count our breaths. We will count silently and only on our exhales. Also, we will count up to only “five” and thereafter start a new cycle from “one”. This usually helps us to easier become aware when our attention has drifted away, maybe we ended up at “ten” or “51”. ✨✨✨ Set your timer on 15 min – close your eyes – allow your breath to be natural – start your counting – silently, count “one” as you exhale. Next time you exhale, count “two…etc. until you reach “five” – when you reached five start a new cycle so the next exhale count “one”…etc. – when you get stuck in thoughts just come back to the counting, again and again. ✨✨✨ Share your experience by commenting on this post as well as posting on your own account, tagging . Bring this awareness into your day. ✨✨✨ NAMASTE LOVE
